2. Booking and Payment

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, email, or phone.

  • Payment is due at the time of service or online at booking, as agreed.

  • Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may also incur a 10% service fee.

4. Service Guarantee and Refunds

  • MobileGlow LLC aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns or re-service your vehicle.

  • Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances, including service not delivered as described or damage caused by our team.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle and a secure environment for our staff.

  • Vehicles must be free of hazards that could endanger staff or damage equipment.

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions must be disclosed prior to service.

6. Liability

  • MobileGlow LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions outside our control.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to services.

  • By using our services, you agree to release MobileGlow LLC from claims beyond reasonable service-related issues.

7. Intellectual Property
